Texas Private Security Act Compliance
All security personnel deployed through Gideon Training Solutions and Corsair Tactical Solutions are licensed under the Texas Private Security Act (Occupations Code, Chapter 1702) and regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) — Private Security Bureau. Officers operate in full compliance with the Texas Online Private Security (TOPS) system requirements, including current license verification, continuing education, and uniform/identification standards.
